We had not gone to Subway for along time because of poor service. We tried again about a week ago in Livingston MT, we were... hooked again to Subway. Went last night to Subway in Laurel and was disappointed! I walked in the lobby had 3 guys in oneparty waiting and 6 young man in another. I asked were they all waiting to get to order? Yes the kid said! The person workingwas building a huge order, by himself.???? But it was a call in order, while he had 10 people waiting in the lobby to place anorder! I did see one other employee, she wasn?t helping, maybe on break! Saturday night 6-7pm! I left and went across thestreet. It was unfortunate for the Subway boy doing his best! Read more

Tried a new sandwich, the garlic chickens, & it was excellent. Service was great. Thanks grace for doing such a good job!

Horrible experience you need more sufficient and fast workers at your location. As of July 25th 2022 are slow and do not know... what they're doing. They should change their cloths more often when they start with food then go to the register then back tothe food. Disgusting and slow workers. Read more

If I could have rated it below one star, I would have. Quite possibly my worst experience I've ever had wait-time wise. I have... never seen anyone make a sandwich that slow, especially knowing a line is building. I saw multiple people come and leave withoutfood while I stood there for 45 minutes. I then, too, left without food, as I was now late, and completely missed eating. Thisgirl was literally SOOOO slow (ridiculously-so) and had absolutely no help. It was messed up. Someone needs to train her on hersandwich artist skills and how long it takes her to make a sandwich. I'm usually quite understanding but this was beyondridiculous, I had to miss dinner over it! Passing through on our travels, and won?t be doing so again at this Subway location. The line was long, and should?ve stuck to... my gut before waiting in line for 20 min. 20 minutes later, and the women who was before us finally got to order. Before she?seven finished ordering, another customer in the store simply asked if he could give a compliment to the man making said women?ssandwich. The employee stops everything he?s doing following the customers compliment with ?yes! Do you have a second??, andbrings that customer in the back room. With a line full of frustrated customers, and one employee left to pick up the slack, wedecided to leave. The lack of urgency to aid to the customers was disappointing. Read more
