I was kind of upset about my wait until going in and talking to the awesome lady cooking. I placed a pickup order thru the... company website for 7:15 at 6. By 7:30 I was kind of upset that the order tracking said nothing had happened yet. I want in andfound out that the online ordering system needs fixing that it doesn't tell them anything except the name of what you'reordering. No contents to the item like meat choice or sides was included for the person cooking. Having been a cook for over adecade I completely understood and all blame for my wait goes to the tech people not having the ordering system set up properlyfor the workers. So it was all chill. She made my food quickly and accurately while having a great conversation with me. awesomecustomer service from Misty. I was slightly disappointed in the brisket being a little dry and seemingly very little seasoningbut the great bbq sauce made up for that. The meat itself was very good. The turkey was awesome, and so is the wood they use forsmoking. Puts out a very nice smoke flavor. The baked potato casserole was awesome and chunky and the Mac n cheese was nice andcheesy. All in all a very good experience minus some slight dryness and tech issues. I'll definitely return. Maybe the brisketbeing slightly disappointing was just a off day. I recommend giving them a shot. Dickey's has AMAZING food. The Loaded Baked Potato is a MUST! The potatoes are HUGE. 2 people could easily share this. Brisket... is also very good. People that work there are so friendly and get your food to you quite quickly. Now there's been a few timesthat they shut down early due to the fact that they have run out of food. Yes, you heard that right.. literally ran out! That'show popular and good their food is. I Highly recommend any one to eat there. If you LOVE homemade BBQ taste, you'll LoveDickey's. I asked for sliced brisket I got chopped. They were out of all beans however one of the guys there was very very sweet to make... me up some jalapeno beans. But they didn't have any green beans. Plus I ordered it my pickup time was at 5:45 I got there almost6:00 and it wasn't ready. Read more

Love the jalapeño cheddar sausage. So good, fried okra is wonderful. Service is friendly and the portions are large. Not the... biggest BBQ person but for quick service and consistency this place has it. Read more
Food was amazing, the chedder sausge is something i could eat every day. The Carolina sauce was honestly one of the best BBQ... sauces I've ever had.
