Just left this place for the first time in a few months, we took a break because service was awful. We decided to give it a try... today. We sat down and ordered our drinks and food within 5 minutes. An hour and 5 minutes later we got our food and it wascold! I don't know who likes to eat cold chicken wings, cold nachos and cold mozzarella sticks but it definitely isn't for us!! Read more
Food is always great and if somethings not to my like they fix it with no problems.. I've had people forget my order and have an... extra long wait time twice, BUT they always make it right and are never rude. They made a mistake with my order once and fixedit promptly and gave me food while I wait on correct order. This seems like they would receive a lower rating, but I value goodcustomer service in the face of mistakes. Every business makes them and their ability to effectively deal with the situation andbe helpful is very repectable. Read more
Great place to grab a quick bite. I was staying at the Holiday Inn next door, very convenient, within walking distance. I was by... myself, in town on business, so I sat at the bar top. All the locals I meant were very friendly. Lauren (I hope I got her namecorrect) the bartender was awesome. She kept your thirst quenched and made recommendations on what was good (I'm not a big wingfan) and her suggestions were right on point. The all American burger was pretty darn good. Stop in if you're nearby, I don'tthink you'll be disappointed. I'll definitely stop in again if back in the area. It was also St. Patrick's Day, so the draftbeer was green! Read more
Never again will we go here , been 3 times in two months and they consistently are getting worse the garlic parmasean had no... sauce whatsoever and they chicken was cooked so hard it sounded like a rock when you tapped it on the table.
