I have no idea if they were just having a bad day. I arrived at the restaurant. Totally not what i was expecting. There was... barely any food on the display. It has been there all day the food DRY!. The cashier has no idea what shes doing. I orderedpounded yam with peanut butter soup. None was available (yet it is on uber eats) i went with egusi and plantain fufu. The ladypicked up a random fufu from off top of the shelf and was trying to place it on my order. When i asked how long it has beenthere. She couldnt answer me. I walked right out! All I can say is OMG!! Now that was the best African food I?ve ever tasted. So I ordered the Plantain Fufu and Okra soup with... goat and fish. Absolutely Amazing. Please try them out. Read more

I was very impressed by the attention to detail when I called on phone. Very polite and professional customer service. And the... food was well packaged. Hot, clean and fresh. I absolutely enjoyed the food, especially the waakye. Though it?s several milesaway from mine, I wouldn?t mind making the trip again. Dine-in options available when covid guidelines allow it. It?s honestly so hard to capture take out food in its best light. But despite me not being able to make this pretty... Man, this... is the best Ghanaian food I?ve ever had. I would give the Hunger Tamer a better review but every single time I place an order with them, either directly or through a... food delivery service they do not pay attention to the details of my order and get it wrong. I explicitly stated in my order onUber Eats that I do NOT want the red sauce - to include it a separate container - and yet you guessed it, my order came with redsauce covering my entire order!!!
