I was sitting in the restaurant eating. The owner/ manager of the store was mopping the floor. The mail lady came in to use the... bathroom. They said it was CLOSED. A blatant LIE since I had just used the restroom. Apparently they don't want a BLACK maillady to use their facilities but they want her to deliver their mail. In this day & age.... this is AWFUL. The lady making my sandwich asked what cheese I wanted and I answered. Then asked twice and kept saying she didn?t hear me so I... yelled what I wanted because she was being so rude towards me every time she asked she turned around and talked to hercoworker!? Yet again, they messed up my order. This restaurant is close to my house so I continue to order from there, but I think this is... the last time. It's always 50/50 on whether or not I actually get what I order. How do you order a veggie delight and they don'tput the veggie patty in? Disappointed to say the least. They do not check ID's for online orders either. This location manager was rude. as I wanted to... dispute a charge on my subway gift-card, for an order placed at this location. Manager refused to make the transaction correctand dismissed me. Called to ask to speak to general manager and the same response. Submitted to subway inc but since it is afranchise I doubt anything will be done. Read more
Nice location and service near the circle so getting in and out is easy enough. Staff was responsive and pleasant as well. As... with all subways the deals and variety is worth choosing when I need a bite. I feel a little rushed but I have to expect thatwith it being a fast food style of service.
