the actual atmosphere was amazing, however the bar service was horrible. i don't know if it was because i was not african but I... waited for more than 15 minutes before the bartender even acknowledged me. there were several people who walked up to the barafter me and the bartenders immediately served them as she walked right past me after repeatedly looking in my facing knowingmyself and my party of three wanted to order food and drinks. this made the whole experience and atmosphere unacceptable, neveragain will I patronize your establishment. despicable! I chose this place to take out my sister to have some dinner and a good time. From the time we arrived until the time we... received a menu in our hands it took approximately 25 minutes. Bartender "Dr. Dave" was busy servicing other guests and takingshots at the bar. He finally made his way back to us and gave us some menus and took our order. When the time came, I asked formy bill. He proceeded to bring me the bill to which I proceeded to add the tip and sign it. While reviewing the bill I noticedthat the gratuity of 12% was already put on the bill. For this reason, I called "Dr. Dave" over so I can ask for a reprint of myreceipt. I was trying to explain to him the reason why I wanted to re-print the receipt and he decided to put his hand in mypurse and try to snatch back the previous receipt that I had signed stating that it was his receipt to keep. I asked him to getthe manager and he stated that there was no manager available. I then approach a lady at the bar and explained what had happenedto which another lady came out to assist me. The lady had short hair and that is all I remember since she did not formallyintroduce herself. No apology... NOTHING!!! she only asked what she can do to make me happy, like I was looking for somethingfor free. I manage a hotel and I would NEVER TREAT A GUEST LIKE I WAS TREATED.. The place seemed cool at first when I walked in. DJ was vibing good. We got seated and watched the servers cross our table over... 10times to other tables. Looks like they know their regular customers and are not bothered about new ones. After about 30mins aserver brought a tag to our table and told us to move that the table is RESERVED. Well played. You did not see us to serve butyou could see us to move to another table while you make the table RESERVED.
