Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! First--- inside isn't open & of your walking you have to walk thru drive through to place an order. Get... to the top of the line and was advised the Latte machine broke. I asked for management only to be told the manager isn't hereand we have 3 employees and don't open inside with that number of staff. CLOSE THE BUSINESS DOWN!!! This is ghetto and triflingand definitely a safety issue to have customers walk thru the drive thru. Read more

This location never have anything. Every time I come their expresso machine is down or they don't have donuts. How? You suppose... to carry both products. It should be closed or managed by different people because for the past 3 years this location has beenhorrible. Read more

This Dunkin? is an embarrassment to the community! Somebody from corporate please read the reviews and do something about it!... It?s so slow and they never have anything available for order. Whatever you do manage to get is so sub par from the Dunkinstandard you would receive at another location. The staff is lazy and unmotivated. On top of that this location seems dirty andunmaintained. Please just re-do this whole location and get new staff. I promise there is an entire market here in russet sideof laurel that will utilize it if you do it right. Otherwise I am perfect fine driving into the city of laurel or burtonsvilleto avoid this location. Read more

This Dunkis is HORRIBLE! I've been there SEVERAL TIMES and the kitchen is down so no food items, the service is EXTREMELY slow,... you sit in the drive thru FOREVER! It's just BAD!!!!! Read more

I'm always shocked when people in the customer service industry let you know (by words or actions) that you are a major... inconvenience in the course of their day. I went here once, and I doubt I'll ever go back. The line was long and initially Ijust assumed they were super busy. What I found out when I went to the window was it took so long for each guest because thestaff were on their phones, holding on conversations and doing everything else but waiting on their customers. I sat at thewindow for about 5 minutes with the gentleman who was waiting on me ignoring me. I had my card extended with the expectationthat he'd at least take it and run the payment to be done with that part of the process. He just kept his conversation goingwith the young woman he was laughing and joking with. He finally gets my order together and I'm relieved to be on my way. Thecoffee was ok but the sandwich tasted like they didn't bother to toast the bread or heat up (cook) the eggs and bacon. I willnever return to this Dunkin'Donuts. Read more

Waited in a 3 person line for over 20 min?. 3 working drive thru 1 at from counter. Only had 3 donuts to select from. Drink... cooler broken?. Worst drunken ever! Read more

This is probably the worst Dunkin? Donuts an ever been to. When I tried to order the woman said they didn?t have any ?hot food?... because they were restocking the kitchen. No problem, I go on to order my frozen coffee. I pull up to the window to pay and I amwaiting approximately 10 minutes I see if a few employees and they?re walking by and looking at me, they are doing their jobvery slow and even one girl rolled her eyes as if she didn?t want to be there. The guy finally comes up to me with my ?coffee?and it looks like this. It?s chunky, the espresso is not mixed in, and he didn?t fill the cup up all the way. He proceeds to askme ?should I fill this up more?? And I politely said ?no thank you? because I?ve been waiting soo long. They?re not veryfriendly here, and apparently they restock their kitchen during operating hours to where they have no food just serve and onlycoffee. I think this place is losing a lot of business and I hope somebody from corporate Sees this review and Can help thisDunkin location. Read more
