The man in the picture is the store manger. I was placing a order with young man and he come out the back out of nowhere fussing... at him for something he had no control over. Two pieces of trash outside that could have came from no where. If it wasn?t forthat young man I would have had to stay in line for who knows how long. Cause the other female cashier walk right by me as ifshe didn?t care. I am a manger and I could tell the young man was fairly new. So if he took the effort to clear the line up.That should be rewarded. Not something to be down upon and made embarrassed about. Over the experience was ok. But that made melower my rating Read more

Every time I visit this Burger King I never have any problems. The service is so great the people are very friendly at the... drive-through and generally when I go inside, the store is pretty clean. I've never really waited long at this Burger King I'dsay the longest that I've waited was maybe about 6 minutes. They always have jokes when you get up there and it's a veryfriendly environment. We were hungry after shopping at Walmart and wanted a burger. Since I don't eat burgers from McDonald's my husband suggested... Burger King. The onion rings were very tasty, the cheeseburger in the kid's meal not so much. They do have a good apple juicefor the kids. My husband wasn't impressed with his "rodeo" burger. Read more

Drive thru was unresponsive ended up coming in but the drive through was working, I told them inside there was an issue with it... but they didn't care. Service inside was very slow and they just apologized to everyone. Had no straws, out of all diet drinks,one of the staff was obviously very frustrated. Wouldn't go back. Read more

I don?t expect much when it comes to fast food, but I was pleasantly surprised with this BK. Lorenzo greeted us and took our... order at the drive thru. He was very polite and has excellent customer service skills. There was another employee making thefood and it was excellent. The food looked like the pictures you see on the commercials. I thought these guys deserved somerecognition for their hard work! Read more

I do not know what is going on in this location. Every time I come it takes a good 20 minutes to go through the drive thru and... walking in is no different. The guy did not get my full order, the order did not show up on the screen so I had to go to thewindow to pay. At the window I told him he forgot something and he told me I can't add to my order at the window. It's not myfault you forgot my items! Read more

Again, why doesn't Google allow you to rate a place zero stars. 1 star indicates that there was something good about this place... and believe me, it wasn't. Let's start out with I sat in the drive thru waiting on what I thought was the guy in front of me toplace his order...for 11 minutes. I'm sitting there saying to myself what could be possibly be ordering, but then I noticed hewasn't talking to anyone. They literally had him waiting. He finally orders and I'm like thank God I get to finally order. Boy was I wrong. Another 8 minutes in line before anyone even acknowledged I was waiting to order. Fast food this isn't and Idefinitely recommend you skip this place if you're looking for a quick bite or anything that even resembles customer service. Read more

It's a hard NO for me! Don't waste your time at this disorganized store. I tried the drive-thru but after 5 minutes realized it... was not moving at all so I went in the store. After 15 minutes of standing at the counter and having received absolutely zeroservice, I decided the simple order of small fries I stopped for could wait. It didn't look clean in there anyway.
