The customer service experience was bad. Not horrible, but definitely bad. The place is clean. Some of the product selections... were limited. I just can't help but to think of anything else to say other than I had a really bad customer service experience. Sometimes, it's not what you say to your customers, but rather how you say it. If you work in customer service and your intentis to come off smug, you're in the wrong line of business, unless your intent is to run yourself out of business. Read more
