Confusing drive-thru line. Had a local Delawarean try to run his truck into us even though we were there before him because he... insisted he entered the line correctly and he said we did it wrong, even though he had to pass us to drive around the buildingto get in. We brought it to DD's attention at the ordering speaker that he cut in front of us and he would not be ordering viathe speaker and they *still serviced him* and made us wait.You rewarded an aggressive customer. Consistently rude from start to finish. I asked for the same drink each and every time, a medium sweet tea with extra liquid... sugar. I get a watered-down sweet tea 9 times out of 10, and it isn't even sweet. I'd rather take my business to McDonald'swhere id only have to pay a little over a dollar for a large and actually get what I want. Read more
Used to be the best Dunkin around. Lattes don?t taste the same anymore, orders are messed up. This morning I ordered a hot white... chocolate signature latte and was given a black coffee, then she gave me a toasted coconut latte. Maybe new employees need moretraining. I usually come 5 days a week and this Dunkin has been going down the drain for months. I get a frozen coffee which they don?t... blend right half of the time. This morning I got a bacon, egg and cheese and the cheese had mold on it. Most of the womenworking here look like they hate their life. Read more
