Long wait, and it looks like no one is ever there outside the lunch hours
They earned one star because the staff here are nice. The downsides are if you come here outside of lunch hours you'll most... likely wait 5-10 minutes just looking for an employee to help you. The other downside is that if you do come during lunch hoursbe prepared to wait. They have one person making the sandwiches and one person ringing people up. This process is inefficient.Take for example the fact when I started my order there were 5 other subs that have been just sitting and sitting there waitingto be finished (so much for getting it toasted). All this could easily be avoided if they stuck with the customer who isordering from the time they started through ringing them up.
