The man who sat us down was very polite and the servers Rochelle and Kathy were very fast working and made good conversation.... But..we got a dirty spoon and a dirty table. Still, if I could eat here again I 100% would THE FOOD IS TOP TIER. I've tried myfriends food too and oh my god everything's good. Fries are crispy, steak was JUICY!! Your hostess Caroline B. needs some coaching on customer communication skills. She is rude with customers and other staff... members. The dining room was almost empty, we were party of 2. First thing out of her mouth was I'll take those cups... We usethermal cups for our water, saves plastic waste. Last night I had mine with me and no one scolded me for bring in my cup. I takea medication that leaves me with a dry mouth, therefore I need my water. Throughout the entire time we are and enjoyed our mealyour hostess came out through the dining room, she just glred at my husband and I. Our server was wonderful!!! Just happened upon this place when the wait for another restaurant was too long. The young man that seated us was really... polite. Our server was prompt to the table. We got the French dip sandwich and the Monte Cristo. Great size portions. Food cameout quickly and hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend and return! Read more
Slightly disappointed. The room was not vacuumed, there were plumbing issues in regards to the shower/tub & sink (they backed... up) and for the first time ever it was really smokey inside. On a positive note, once we mentioned issues to management, theydid have service & cleaner associates come up to fix & clean but unfortunately, the sink kept backing up when we used it. ????
