I love tropical smoothie but time after time the experience here gets worse. Ordered online, gave them extra time to make it... almost 10-15 minutes & still they didn?t have it ready. All i ordered was a smoothie. You walk in & it?s dirty & one of thegirls making the stuff has her hair out around the food/drinks, not to mention she makes her own smoothie & takes it to the backwhile customers are waiting for their order. I will never come back to this location!! Third time was the charm for me. First time, I noticed that the wrap size for my... normal Supergreen Caesar was small and circular. Normally it?s longer and rectangle shaped. Apparently this location decideswhich wrap size/ shape they pick up for whichever wraps. Second time, same thing the size of the wrap was wrong. CS was friendlyand welcoming. Third time, which is my final time was horrible. They were ghetto, unprofessional and unwelcoming, no one greetedme and seemed like I was bothersome. I asked for light Spinach in my wrap and somehow I was charged an additional $.50 for myrequest which doesn?t make any sense. The cup was also had a hole in it, and I didn?t realize until my car holder was filledwith Sunshine smoothie. It?s now dripping inside of the holder which I will need to wash / clean. I will never come back to thislocation and would rather drive to Coral Springs or Davie. Lauderhill staff needs to be fired immediately and hire ppl who careabout the company and their representation. Read more

I placed an order through Uber Eats. I opted to pick up my order and when I got the message that the food was ready, I went to... get it. The food wasn't ready. Anyway, I took the food home took a bit and inside my wrap was a large piece of paper! In thefreaking wrap! I'm so disgusted! I tried to call the store several times and no one answered and the voicemail was full. Ifilled a safety report with I UberEATS and I sent pictures. Do not eat here! Read more
I had an experience tonight that doesn't sit well with me. Went to this store tonight with a couple friends and while we was... there an employee passed out. The temperature in this store was beyond ridiculous. The manager that was on duty pretty muchdidn't have any concerns for the employee that was passed out because she kept making smoothies and didn't check on her. Theheat in this place isn't something I would personally work in. Something needs to be done. Update: Went by there this morning10/5/21 and they have a sign saying its closed for system upgrade. Someone that was outside said the real reason they are closedis because most of the employees quit because of the horrible working conditions and excessive heat inside the building. Today I had the best smoothie and Buffalo wrap made by Nadine and timoy. Alyssa and I had such a great conversation and she... recommended this best meal. Service was awesome. I got my smoothie and food very quickly. I am highly satisfied with service.This is my first time and won?t be my last. Thank you Mellissa for making a great smoothie she was so kind and helpful. Ordered online, got the text my food is read for pick up. It wasn?t ready. Then when I got my food 3 out of 5 of my items were... missing. I asked for a refund? I was told I have to call corporate. Got home to then see that the remaining two items wereWRONG. Then, I bit into my WRONG wrap and tasted tomatoes that I asked to be taken out as I am allergic. After one of the employees messed up my smoothie by putting an excessive amount of ice I asked another employee if it could be... re-made or if I could be refund. I was told that it?s to busy and there?s no manager available. I asked another employee thesame thing and she made a new smoothie with no hesitation.
