I ordered online, 1 sandwich and 1 pizza. After arriving, I was told they do not sell pizza and also did not have any chips.... Since I had already paid I asked how I would be compensated for the products I purchased but they didn't have and she literallyhad NO ANSWERS. She just starred at me. After asking at least 6 different ways of what we could do to make it right she saidmaybe there is a number on the receipt. So I called it and it says voice-mail box full. Do yourself a favor and just get aPubSub or Jimmy John's. They will at least have the items listed on their menu. I would LOVE for the owner/manager to reach outto me and make this right with me financially, AND fix their online order to list items they sell. Read more

I pulled up to this subway drive thru and after I ordered, I pulled up to window and after 2 minutes? employee pulled up to... window and said to give him 5 minutes with a smirk on his face and stumbling over his words. I said fine, but mine you no onewas inside, no one behind me in the drive thru. Unless he had a girl inside. After 15 minutes of waiting I pulled off. Was nothappy with service. 15 minutes, at least 7 sandwiches could have been made by then. There should be at least 2 employees on siteso that employees are actually working and not handling there own agenda at a chain restaurant where ppl want to grab somethingbefore work and go. The prices went up and the service and quality including the portion sizes went way down! They send you coupons then when you... get there, they don't honor them. TERRIBKE! As bad as some people are struggling, they should be ashamed of themselves! Willnever support them again! Read more

To be honest I don't want to be rude and all but subway was a HORRIBLE experience i get that the young man is new a all but he... did everything slow.i was waiting for 10 minutes or more to get my meal and he didn't even get to it. I told the crew worker to wash his hands when he came from the cleaning the lobby with the same gloves before he used it to make... my sandwich the Owner/manager told the crew he does not have to wash his hands everytime. I questioned her and ask why are youtelling him that her response was ?I am not talking to you, you can go somewhere else? just to add on I said I am pregnant areyou trying to get me sick than she look at me and said well like she did not care. This place just got built. The customer service is horrible.
