I am not giving more than three stars to any Starbucks because the company has severely limited the availability of healthier... options (vegetarian, vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free). Having said that, this particular store is ok. It's self-standing, which Iappreciate, and has a drive-through. The staff is ok. They seemed nice but I've become accustomed to Starbucks employees beenjust plain jolly and willing to go out of their way for the client to feel welcome and satisfied, and that is not what Iexperienced. The store itself is comfortable and well stocked. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but it's ok if you wantone of Starbucks' sugar-rich options and it happens to be on the way. Read more

Employees here are a bunch of clowns,.openly mocking customers. One can argue all minimum wage jobs have this happen, but the... employees here could do a better job of hiding it( since asking them to make an effort is too much ). They have alot of openhositlity torward...everyone .I saw them pickup on a 9 year old kid, an older woman and some teens. Unreal. Read more
I frequently visit this Starbucks and I have to say the service here has gotten a lot better! When I worked near by I would... drive all the way to their spring tree location because I hated coming here. However it?s been a while so I started coming backand it?s been great ever since. The lines at the drive thru are always forever long but they work really fast and try to get youthrough in a hurry and they don?t mess up my order which is great. Sometimes they?re really busy so they don?t have time to chatand be extra friendly but it?s because they?re working their butts off inside and I rather that then them take forever becausethey want to know how my day is going. I don?t know that?s just my opinion but yours maybe different. The other thing I noticedis prices did go up significantly but with the pandemic that?s not shocking because everything went up significantly!!! Thistime I got their iced chai tea latte with coconut milk, it was delicious! But mostly everything I get here is always deliciousand they always get it right 100% of the time. Read more
I was never a Starbucks fan until I tried thier dark coffee. So I started going their instead. Thus location is the worst! They... never have what you order, and they don't warm the food up hot enough. My sandwich was ice cold and my frappe was tooo thickwith with too much whip cream. Didn't realize this until I drove off. Never ever going there again. 2 times is enough. Zerostars!!!! Read more
I think the location is nice, the employees are very accommodating. I am only upset that they don't allow customers to eat or... sit inside. This location is in Florida where mostly all covid-19 restrictions have been lifted, yet only outdoor seating. It'smost difficult to study and use electronics in the rain. They do have 2 umbrellas setup, so dry accomodations are limited. Read more
The baristas are super friendly and speedy and it's always been clean whenever I'm here. A great place to study, it's usually... packed with people working so you won't feel out of place. It does get really cold though, so if you're planning to stay a whileyou might want to bring a jacket. Ask the baristas for recommendations--they know what's good! Read more
