The smoothies are great but if more than one order comes in in the morning then you are waiting forever because there is only 1... employee. I should have just walked out. Finally almost 25 minutes later a 2nd employee walked in. Ridiculous. Read more
I AM LIVID! I hope this gets to the owner of this location. Smoothie king is 10X better than tropical smoothie and I rave about... how great it is but do you know what makes the difference.....the service. Olivia, at your location is very nasty. I placed anonline order and sent my husband to pick it up. He walks in says the name on the order and is handed the incorrect order. Whenhe gets home, he has the wrong order and right away returns and IS ASKED TO PAY FOR THE WRONG ORDER he was given and was giventhe smoothie she had made 45 minutes ago. Olivia refused to make a new smoothie. After speaking to the manager, she was forcedto make a new smoothie and with back talk... this is by far the WORST SERVICE we have ever received. Haven?t been to smoothie king in a while and decided to try them out again. The stretch and flex kale and pineapple one tasted... not so great and my smoothie was not filled all the way to the top of the cup, almost a bit over a quarter of the way. Will notreturn. Read more
