Slow, sloppy and poor customer service, the girl yawned on the drive through speaker after waiting 5min in line with 1 car ahead... of me, I kept saying hello, hello... No response. Then another girl looking like she just woke up from the break room asked whatdid I order.... looking inside expecting to see it packed and no one was hardly in there and it's 12:40pm on Saturday I guesseveryone is still getting water for the storm... I am so tired of coming here and them not having anything. My tv has been blowing up with ads about their new chicken wings.... They have signs up outside of the building for them. When I pull up, the man on the mic is scratching his head wondering aboutwhat the heck I am talking about. And this happens every time a new menu item comes out. This location is a digrace to the Pollo Tropical brand. I believe the staff on night shift needs to be retrained in customer... service. I?m very disappointed in how I was spoken to reguarding the location only being able yo recieve ? cash only ?. I?llnever come here again. Read more
Service was good I waited for my food which I don't mine but my chopped was dry & 5 pieces of chicken I let the cashier know &... she correct the problem she stated thats how it comes I get this all the time I know that's a lie Read more
Burnt cookies . Didn?t follow any directions at all. Asked for no onion gave onion. Kids meal bowl had nothing but dry chicken... and stale rice. No sauces. Super ghetto services. We ordered well done chicken with yellow rice, avacado, plantains, on the side. The box looked as if something was actually in... it. When we got home and opened the box...omg we had to throw away the avacado, it looked nothing like what they advertised, therice was less than a cup and the chicken looked undesirable. Sorry Pollo Tropical I was not impressed at all. Not every meal islike that. Anyone planning to go there will be better off buying a different meal or make sure that you see inside the boxbefore you leave the store. Read more
This cannot be a corporate location because it's just always ghetto. They never have anything in stock, employees are rude and... act as if they are working out of their home kitchen. They always turn off the drive thru lights as if they're closed so thatpaying customers won't interrupt their watering hole huddle. I had to drive up to the window just to see employers huddledhaving personal conversation and now giving me attitude for interrupting. I wanted a bowl and they claimed all they had left wasrice beans and corn.... I asked for fries with no salt and received the bottom of the bag fries SOAKED in grease....i ordered aquarter chicken meal and got a piece of chicken back! This location is a joke and a disgrace to the brand in all they need to doa better job I'm selecting employees because no one begged you to take this position. Read more
