Will stick to China Hut Haitian Restaurant. Service was great. But, rice was cold and very dry. Very small gravy, so that didn't... help. Pickley's are good. Griot was full of FAT! Literally, I had only four pieces that were not fat chunks. So, disappointing.I rate based on product, not service because I don't go for the service.. I go for what I want/need. Will NOT ever be back.China Hut line was long so I went there because they had 4.3 stars... BAD IDEA! Should've known when the place was empty and notone soul stepped in. China Hut keep a line. OMFG The food was amazing. Wish I took a pic because my plate looked like a postcard. NEVER have I seen my actual plate look... JUST LIKE the picture, down to the garnish. The fried turkey dinner was ok. They didn't have any rice or legume or patties prepared, although the restaurant had been open... for 2 hours when I placed my order. I called ahead and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived about 20 minuteslater and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. My plate of food was great. My dad and my kids had the oxtail and apparently my dad said it was sour. But the girl that was... serving us was awesome she is one of the best customer service person I have ever seen in a spot like this. Read more

I did NOT feel like eating next to a nasty dumpster outside at China Hut so I tried this place and I'm glad I did! They were... friendly to everyone in the line before me and treated me no differently. And my food!!! Bruh!!! That FISH PLATTER ISEVERYTHING! Fresh, hot, and enough rice to last you TWO MEALS. A lady came in and the server asked how her baby was doing whichI thought was refreshing! They actually connect with their customers instead of taking your money, handing you a plate, andthat's it. I've been there 3 times this week and you can appreciate that you're dining in real restaurant, AC, music, etc. Justa better experience than China Hut period.
