Fast food is not like it used to be. This place is the worst service First a computer takes your order I go to the window and... speak to the person who takes my credit card and I asked them a question regarding my order they don't let me finish and rudelywalks away and ignores me and I wait for them to come back to be handed my food as if they did me a favor. Legitimately the worse service. The managers allowed complete disrespectful people to work the night shift. Speaker doesn?t... work. The person at the window had such an entitlement attitude?? I pulled away because I know for a fact I would have had spitadded as a side dish. Do yourself a favor and just go to McDonalds. The fries are not worth that disrespectful attitude. Read more
Absolute worst fast food experience of my life. Literally ONE HOUR in line. THREE staff members working on a Saturday night-are... you kidding me? They need more staff immediately. Food was made wrong twice. This restaurant has severely gone downhill since Iwas a kid and needs a new manager because it is inefficient, understaffed, orders are coming out wrong, and it wasn?t even goodquality. Staff was very polite and friendly. Missing dipping sauces and portions seemed really small for the price. Chicken tenders were... not fresh really dry and the fries were soggy. Today we picked up a couple of Big Bufords ???? Combos from the pickup window. We loved the seasoned fries ???? . Food was... hot, fresh and correct. My only complaint was I stood at the pickup window for a long time before I got service. But when Idid, the server was nice and friendly. :) Read more
