I ordered general TSO shrimp and it was heavily breaded as seen in the photo. I call the store to ask for my ordered to be fixed... and the manager refused. He only offered to give me $3 off on my next order. This restaurant used to provided great customerservice under their previous management. The current manager could care less about my complaint and it shows with his responses.I do not recommend going to this restaurant, there are so many other Chinese restaurants options that value their customers. I love the texture of their food
This is close to where I live and the food is tasty and made to order. I like the soup and the veggie fried rice. The lady at... the counter is very friendly and they are easy going to speak to and get straight to business when you place an order. It isright off 441 across the street from the wal-mart. I will continue to buy from them, the kitchen looks big and clean and theplace has chairs to sit and wait for your order. I would only suggest installing a T.V. so people have something to do whilethey wait. Read more
Food was good as usual but delivery driver was beyond rude. I put in the comment to look up my last name in the directory to be... called in. He called and yelled what is gate number. I told him like I put down you have to dial my last name but I would openthe gate. You could heat the gate say access granted and gate opening and he yells asking what is my name. I said I alreadyopened the gate and he hung up. I went outside as the driver's never know which house it is. The driver did not get out of thecar, he rolled down the window, his car reached or weed, and he asked Mr what the total was for my card. I told him I clicked onthe 18% for the tip and he still didn't know the total. I had to look up my order in my email for the total for him. Driver tookmy card through the passenger window and ran my card. He then stuck the food through the passenger window which it did not fitand I had to sit there an maneuver it out of the car. This driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. A shame as the food isgood, but if your team is rude, customers will start going somewhere else to get the same food. Read more
