If I could give negative stars I would. This was by far our worst dining experience ever. We waited well over an hour for our... food. Our appetizer was overcooked. My "salad" consisted of a Cole slaw blend, not actual lettuce. My husband was told 45minutes after ordering they didn't have everything to make the wrap he ordered. We spent $30 for nothing. We ended up going toSubway after we left there. We will never dine there again. Also, people at the bar were helping themselves. How unprofessionalfor the business to allow this. Good pizza if you can get them on the phone to order. Gave 3 stars due to the inconsistency of the size of the pizza for the... price. Use to get a decent sized round pizza for a good price and last time I ordered it was rectangle 12 cut, way smaller andwasn't worth the $$. Read more
I ordered food from them for the first time hoping to find a new place in the area that we could enjoy. Both of my pizzas were... burnt and tasted terrible . I also ordered a burger which was more than burnt . I can not believe how bad of an experience thiswas , I get that during these times things are lacking alittle with businesses but it was like they started to make the food andforgot about it until it was too late and gave it to us anyways . I was really disappointed with the food quality at The Pond, during my visit on 10.16.2021. I was the only one in the place that... had ordered food at the time, and the food took twenty minutes to reach my seat at the bar; it was hot, however. I had orderedthe Steak hoagie, and the meat in the sandwich tasted rancid. As hungry as I was at the time, i pretty much ate most of thesandwich leaving most of the steak in my plate before departing. It should be noted that I reside 2 minutes from The Pond, andI almost did not make it to my bathroom. I can say that either the food was spoiled or the cook has a poor practice of keepinghis hands clean. Additionally, the acoustic guitar player they hired to entertain the bar was horrible, and his guitar playingand singing voice was excruciating?This is why I left in a haste, before I succumbed to ramming a fork in my eye. I must saythat I often visited this establishment before the pandemic; however, since then, this place has really fallen off and I willnot be back. Read more
