My group and I went to lunch only for us to go back to work taste our food and all of our food is horrible. It tasted like it... was spoiled, like it was left out and reheated the next day. They are for sure serving old food. The broccoli was terrible,chow-mein was all in tiny pieces, one girls orange chicken was hard! Like you know this was leftovers there was no way this wasfresh. This panda is a typical panda express but I would say slightly less than average when it comes to accuracy and service. My... family and I have gone here a few times and have had incorrect orders, forgotten items, or the serving sizes be very different.Don't recommend door dashing either because it needs like serving sizes are very small compared to in person. No greetings when you entered. The person who served us seems to be a person doesn?t want to be there. or probably annoyed. I... asked for a big plate and one of my entry was chicken teriyaki, I asked for double entry. Her serving was small, I couldn?tbelieve how small portion she made my plate that worth $10.99. Then my wife ordered another big plate for her for our son. Thelady told to my wife that theres no more teriyaki left cuz I took the last serving. Instead of telling her that they will makesome more and it would take 15-20mins. She gave us the looked as if it was my fault that I took the last few pcs. which is noteven a lot. So we told her we will wait. then we ordered a drink. 1 cup of soda. Then we paid got my receipt and instead ofgiving me my cup the cashier walked away and went to the next customer. I thought she forgot so I grabbed tissues and our forksand grabbed a table.I went back to the cashier to ask for a cup for my soda. She told me I have to get the empty cup for myself.so I was like ? OK ? that?s weird when she helped the other customers shes the one that gave her the cup and gave her a goodserving of food. I don?t know what her issues, but she should not be like that, especially we came in just to eat and trying tohave a pleasant day. We didn?t even do anything. Monette is the person who helped us. at least that was her name tagsays. beware of her, if you catch her in a bad mood, good luck getting amount of your food. and better get your own emptycups. This is by far the cleanest and best Panda Express I have been to. The food is constantly coming out! Props to the cooks! A lot... of customers have no manners and get food in places you would never imagine. Adults with children leave food and spilled drinkson seats, floors and anywhere you can imagine and then some. Went through Drive-thru and the worker barely filled up my tray. I ordered the shrimp and they only gave me 4 pieces. I had... Panda Express few times before and this is not what I expected. They are very stingy and skimped out on the food. Not worth the$25-30 spent. Going to another location next time. Read more
When I pulled up, the window cashier was sitting on the counter chatting up her coworker. I spoke, she ignored me. I asked her... a question about sauces, no answer. I don't know if she even paid me any attention the whole time. When I got home 5 minslater, I found that my fried rice was cold and hard like it had been under a heater for HOURS cooking. My other entree wasdecent, I ordered the 2 entree plate. The customer service and attention to food quality needs to be improved and possiblybetter drive thru service.
