Typical mcdonald's, food is what you'd expect. Service is okay, also what you'd expect. What I don't like is the 30 minute time... limit in the lobby. I'd say unless you have to use the restroom, stick with the drive thru. Read more
To the owner- this is the third time in a row I didn?t receive my fries with my combo meal. As this order was placed on door... dash, I mean no disrespect to the great dashers we have in Lathrop. Yet there is no way to hold your organization responsiblefor constantly omitting the fries without me driving to the store to submit my claim. You owe me $47.18 just in French fryrip-offs. Worst service, will never come back to this location.
I'm on a low sodium and low cholesterol diet. I'm happy I can have a option to choose plain and no salt menu item. Place is... clean and service is acceptable. It even has two kiosks to take my order and accept my payment without even going to the ordercounter. Update: increased from 4 ton5 stars Recently went back to this location and the restaurant has been renovated,looking really nice. We ordered from the kiosk which is super convenient. The staff working provided excellent service andwere very friendly. The food was fresh and very tasty. Read more
We decided dine in & for the first time we had place our order on the screen inside McDonald's we then picked #53 for our table... experience. We sat in the dinning area, it wasn't crowded at all. With in minutes the young man had served us everything waspiping hot & on the looks on their face showed that the food was very satisfying & delicious to them. Thank you McDonald's stafffor making my evening with y'all and with my & with my sister-in-law, a pleasant & enjoyable evening before we had headed backon the road. Well, i never really wanted to write a review on Mcdonlad's cause well we all know what to expect from a great worldwide chain... like this.. but though its food was the same along with service as other locations there attention was more focused in thekitchen that the tables and trash is left unkempt. Tables were just dirty and sticky, and their trashcan inside was just overflowing that trash was being left on top or around the trash can... please try to take care of the customers inside a littlemore and to tidy up a bit guys. I had a difficult experience at this McDonald's. I ordered from the new electronic cashier machine. However the payment Gateway... on the machine was broken which meant I couldn't pay by credit card or cash. As a result I had to stand in line two differenttimes. The first line was to use the electronic machine for my order and then the second line was to stand in the line where youare served by a real person. This is such bad programming. The machine should be designed to not at all function if users can'tmake electronic payments otherwise it defeats the purpose of the whole device in the first place. Additionally the hand wipescontainer was empty. I know this is a busy place but if you're going to add an extra like that to improve health and hygienekeep it stocked. Overall I would recommend folks pick another McDonald's in the area. Read more
we just went for drive thru 10 mins ago, i ordered 2 kids meal with 6 pcs chicken nuggets for my niece and nephew but when i... gave it to them, the nuggets are not the kids meal box. moving forward, please check the orders correctly since this is a drivethru.
