I ordered online @ 1223 for a 115 pm pick uptime. I arrived @105 pm. I left @ 135! I'm not blaming the staff! They were very... apologetic, short staffed and fairly new employees! They did their best to accommodate the customers! 5 ? for them! Note to theowner/management. Maybe you should have another employee on the weekends, possibly a senior person. While I was waiting, afamily walked in and they were told it'll be at least 30 min wait so they left. Also, a delivery person was waiting too but wastold it'll be awhile for his schedule pick up time. To make it easier for them, I told them to cancel my order of the sweetpotato fries. We don't live in the area so we won't be back. But I'm hoping management reads my review and does something aboutthe staffing issue. Read more
1 star is for the employees who are having hard time making a sandwich. This was my 3nd visit to this location and all 3 times... the sandwich was just piled up with a ball of chicken in one corner and pickles, wax peppers in one corner. I love delidelicious and i hope the owner pays attention to this and give employees more training. I hope they get this fixed man. Few delidelicious stores went out of business in sacramento area because of the bad service. And once again deli delicious is reallygood. Read more
This place needs to be ran by adult or have adult supervision . It is ran by kids that don?t care about nothing I went in for... the first time and they had a new employee taking orders that had no idea what he was doing, he re read me my order back wrong Ihave to tell him 3 separate times. I went back 8-4 and ordered the same sandwiches I asked the same employee are all yoursandwiches hot he said yes I let him know the last time I came the turkey bacon and Alvarado one I got was hot and the ham andturkey was not he said asked me if I wanted them hot I said yes, I get home to come to both of my sandwiches cold, I called torequest to speak to a manager and not one of them knew about their manager he had a the phone to a yenelli that claims she?s themanager. And I?m explaining what the problem is and she claims it?s my fault that it says if the sandwiches are hot on themenu. And tells me sorry about that next time you have to let us know thank you have a nice day and hangs up So I called backand asked to talk or who is above her and she tells me she can?t give out that information thanks have a nice day. I Will neverput money into this company again. This owner needs to hire people That actually care and want a job. I find it hard to have 1person at the counter taking orders and it takes 3 people to make a sandwich. This place is a joke! It?s only a matter of timebefore they go out of business because they have rude kids that have no customer service running that place. I like the food, it's fine. The fries are by far the best thing there. However, they cannot get a to-go order right! Every to-go... order is messed up, including forgetting to put au jus in for the French dip, adding ingredients you didn't put on the order,and ignoring special directions. Walk in and watch them make it or don't eat here. Read more
