Customer service was really great, not onlybtowards myself but I also noticed the interactions with other customers as well.
Excellent except for no diaper table in the restroom.
I order from on line. I will never do that again! I ordered 2 banana royal and 4 sherbet kids ice creams, and on line they don't... let you order extras like an extra scoop or cones on the side, that's fine but when you order a 2 scoop, don't give me scoop and1/2 don't short me on my ice cream, I ended up with these pitiful excuses for banana royal. Just because your not there theyshould still be severing you the same as if you were. I'm still paying the same amount right. Never again ordering on line!! Read more
Lazy service practice. Made the trip to place a $$$ order, they didn't even bother greeting upon entry and they refused to offer... samples for me to make my choices. Blame it on the pandemic... i guess that's the new normal. Read more
I went in 25 minutes before closing hoping to get a milkshake but was told they weren?t making anymore milkshakes for the night... because they already washed the supplies to make it. I would have understood if it was 5-10 minutes before closing, but eventhen it was just 1 milkshake. They were too lazy to re-wash dishes so they?d rather turn down business. Its the Best RB outlet in San Joaquin County. There is this wonder Customer Service name BAYA.... Deserves a raise considering... her warm professional approach & going beyond the call of duty to get Customers satisfied. Keep it up. We will come again andagain. Read more
As far as ice cream shop goes, it doesn't get better for a BR. Staff is bright eyed and bushy tailed. Very helpful even to... someone who has trouble making up their mind, like me. Inside of this store is clean and cool. Bathroom was well stocked andclean as well. (that's important) Great job guys and gals!!! Read more
