Got my food at the drive thru at 6:20 pm today September 15. Girl at the window sticks her arm out to give back my card and my... food but doesn't look at me. Never says thank you or anything actually. Horrible service. Been here twice this week and shedid exactly the same thing both times. Read more

Wendy's has always been the better fast food chain. ALWAYS! I went there for a quick bit. I being cursed with a gluten... allergy order a Jr Bacon Cheese Burger no bun. The guy who took the order put in lettuce for a bun. THANK YOU!!! It was great. It was delicious. Again, yhank you. Read more

Today at approximately 1700 EST, an online order was placed with wendys located on new loudon rd in latham, ny. The order was... incorrect and parts of the order were never delivered. Upon reaching out to the store, i was treated with complete and utterdisrespect, basically told i was a liar and then hung up on by the male that answered the phone which was at approximately 1753pm today 8/6/22. I know for sure this is NOT how customers are to be treated and all i wanted was the products that i wasmissing.  I was charged over $40 and received 3 small frosties, a $5 biggie bag and a summer strawberry salad. There was stillan Entire #1 meal with a strawberry lemonade missing as well as 2 side orders of fries which were ordered SPECIFICALLY for thefrosties! The items were left at my door via my specific order over VIDEO CAMERA and immediately retrieved which is ALSO oncamera so theres no way for them to make any excuses. The ignorance shown by this ChildMan was remarkable.  The service effortsshown by wendys in this transaction would prove that they do not care about the customer.  All the nonsense going on in thisworld and you can't even get the courtesy of folks you buy product from to treat you respectfully.  Terrible job wendys.  Iwill be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, wendys customer service again since this isnt business hours and filingcomplaints.when i called back after the apparent childman hung up on me, the female that answered said "she's the manager onduty" and i can call back to speak to "erica" who is apparently a higher manager than she. That woman was courteous andrespectful, i will defintely say that! I REALLY wish i had read these reviews before ordering. I would've ordered elsewhere Read more

Place was alright, I felt bad when asking to see the breakfast menu because they had old fashioned wooden panels that won't open... easily and won't keep closed. We usually go there for frostys, one winter the ladies there laughed in the headset after hearingsomeone wanted a frosty. It was loud and rude. The hot Dave burger wasn't hot at all. Won't be ordering that again. They had asign up about not taking cards one day so my mother and I went to another Wendy's for our frosty cravings. Read more

Inside and outside super long lines. While waiting inside to order noticed over where the fries are made the pipes right above... cooking and cooked fries had chunks of dust or grime hanging. Definitely changed my mind on ordering fries. Read more

Was there last night. Order a four for four junior bacon cheeseburger. Burger had no bacon in it and fries was over cooked,... burnt like. The young lady at the register was friendly and nice. Why does all Wendy?s employees wear their masks over theirmouths instead of noise? What?s the point of wearing a mask at all. Read more
