Ordered ahead on app and from time parked/checked in for the time for food to arrives was 31 minutes. We attempted at 24mins to... go in cause no one responded to request when push button. The screens showed all the steps when order in kitchen and when donebut just never came out. Once we got our 3 pretzels one burger and two shakes which came out fresh so complaint is about thewait was not worth it. And if wanted refund and leave I couldn?t imagine how long would have waited. While the wait here is always pretty bad, I have to chock that up to staff shortages and the popularity of the location. They is... always a constant flow of drive thru and stall customers, and while we waited at the stall for about 40 minutes, it was easy totell that it was because they prioritize drive through customers (like every other fast food restaurant) and our food *was* hotand delicious. If I have my kids with me and I know we aren't in a rush (or food is our last stop before home) we always stop bySonic. Read more
Drove to the drive-in stall and waited 15 minutes to be told that I have to go to the drive thru. Sat in the drive thru for more... than 30 minutes. More than enough time to see an employee walk out and give food to someone in the drive-in stall. Finally gotmy food and the milkshake was melted. Clearly it was sitting there for a while. First time to a Sonic; used the pull up drive spots. What a neat experience.
What a joke.. 4 doors all locked although the signs on the door all said dining room open till 1030pm (this was between 6-7pm)... pressed the call button twice. Resulting in us waiting over 20 mins just to place our order. Then the woman taking order keptcutting us off while we were trying to order saying that she couldn't hear. I can understand being busy and places being shortstaffed but this place is honestly a joke. Only drove over an hour out here because it's where my daughter wanted to eat for herbirthday. Indoor dining closed. Went to drive through. Only 2nd time eating at a Sonic. I asked for but didn't get broccoli cheddar tots.... Onion ring batter tastes like it's made with sugar? Not my thing. Everything else was great. Read more
