I ordered on the app and let them know when I was there so they could make the food. They brought out an iced coffee that was... smaller than I ordered and watered down, like it had been sitting for a while. Most of the ice had melted. I asked the ladywhere the sprite was that I ordered and she said "oh. I didn't see a sprite." then she left. Horrible service. We walked in and had to use a kiosk which had huge technical issues making us have to go to the counter not... even knowing what order number we had and the wait was so long. I waited 30m for a Big Mac meal. One guy was pretty good at hisjob but this review has to be one star because of the rude girl who gave attitude to people waiting. She walked to the customerside of the counter with a stack of cups put them on the table and said: ?If you guys want cups you can grab it off the stackyourself cause I don?t get paid enough? and stormed off.
