Respect and quality service are key. If your employees aren't interested in working that day, and your manager takes direction... from their staff, then that partially explains why this is not the ideal establishment to visit. There are so many morerestaurants and bars in the area, and their staff would greatly appreciate the opportunity to properly serve you, take your cashand your generous tips. Overall, a very pleasant evening out. We were staying at the Hotel just down the road from JJ Rafferty's and walked over for... dinner. The outdoor seating was a really nice surprise. Live music, even better. The service was very good. I thought the foodwas really what you would expect from a bar / restaurant.
