I go there everyday for my lunch break order the same ice coffee lol all staff are polite professional and friendly they work... together as a team plus they know my drink by now lol I don't make it there on weekends so I usually have to go to numerous DDfor the right drink I'm just going start going there 7 days week great job guys Read more

Has been Horrible lately there is always something wrong with my order. Today i ordered a bagel with cream cheese lightly... toasted and I got a bagel with butter but was charged for a bagel with cream cheese and butter. Read more

I am AGAIN complaining about Todd who works in the evening at this location. He is the rudest person I have ever encountered... and can't believe he is still employed working with the public. Every time I go there when he is on shift he is rude,inappropriate (swearing), and slams the window in your face. He obviously hates his job and it reflects poorly on yourbusiness, franchise or not. I have actually pulled up to the drive through and when I heard his voice have left and chose notto engage him. I can also tell you that he is the same miserable self with other employees as well. I?m so beyond disgusted with this Dunkin.. Me and my mom are loyal Dunkin' people, we go more than once a day.. We?ll latley ... I?ve had to stop at the Dunkin a crossed from the airport and 99% of the time it?s this BEYOND rude gentleman named Todd Ibelieve.. I?m not one to complain but every time he?s there and I order a drink he gets it wrong, I ask him nicely to fix it andhe gives me the worlds biggest attitude.. I?d go there earlier in the day and different employees will say he?s rude and theywon?t fire him bc they have no one to work the evening shift.. which I get but there?s no reason for an attitude all the time..Today he made my order wrong, I asked him to fix it and he slammed the window in my face multiple times and shoved my drink inmy face. Always quick, service is excellent, order is always made correctly, kind employees. And it?s one of the very few places I always... see consistently cleaning and employees always washing their hands. No complaints. Read more

Their customer service had gone way downhill! My last 2 visits were awful! We asked for the french vanilla iced coffee that... doesn?t have any sugar in it and then tried to elaborate to make sure he understood unsweetened. The guy working there withglasses wouldn?t let us finish, he impatiently interrupted us and said ?yeah I know?. We also said just a little bit of cream.When we got to the window we were given the sweetened one and it was very light (more cream than even regular). Then the manproceeded to tell us that we need to learn how to order! Our next visit a few weeks later the man again took our order but theblonde lady was at the window. As soon as we drove up she was very rude and short (perhaps the guy recognized us from ourprevious trip...?). The coffee this time was unsweetened but was again extremely light. We had to have her dump out half of itand fill it up the rest of the way with coffee to make it right. And she dumped out all the ice so it was warm and no longer?iced? coffee. This location is more convenient for me because it?s on the side of the street in the direction of work, but Iwon?t go back. There is another Dunkin? a mile down the road on the opposite side with employees who actually understand simpledirections and know how to treat their customers! Read more
