Even living in the area since April, I?ve Consistently been going to the Dunkin? Donuts every morning for my medium decaf iced... coffee and my 4 donuts too for myself and 2 for my daughter. Every single time I have went there, their were no mistakes made,and my iced coffee was right on the money. The workers there actually Are Very Friendly caring about your orders, how itappears, and how fast they can get it out to you. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, thank you so much. P.S ? Closed at 8:40 PM. This company has went downhill big-time. Used to be able to get a coffee at any time at night, now you?re... even lucky if they?re open at night. One store open 24 hours and they?ve got it closed down WTH !!!! Read more

I drove a bucket truck for work, which can?t fit through drive thrus. When I first pulled in, I walked to the door and was... disappointed the lobby was closed except for online pick up. I went back to my truck to order online when a gentlemen cameoutside and offered to allow me to order inside, knowing my truck couldn?t fit through the drive thru. They made my orderquickly and accurately, and the breakfast helped my day significantly. Read more

The staff is extremely customer oriented. They greet me by name and know my coffee order on the daily! They were short staffed... today as the drive thru line was backed up onto rt 9, but thats not the employees' fault that showed up today and worked hard. Read more
Every Sunday I go get a coffee and bagel bites and every Sunday my bagel bites are ice cold also ordered a donut with white... frosting with sprinkles but ended up with a pink frosted donut without sprinkles. These are the ppl that want $15 plus a hourbut can't even make simple breakfast orders correctly. Pathetic work ethics with high demands.
