For a ?mom and pop? place I am very sorry to say I did not find this pizza enjoyable at all. It?s like all of the worst... ingredients ever, thrown on top of a dough that is not tasty, somewhat thick and bready but in no way tasty. The sauce alsolacks any kind of zing or tang or anything that would make it any better than the local American-style big chain pizzarestaurant. We tried an all dressed, and a veggie, and in both cases felt really kind of disappointed. This pizza didn?t evenpass the day after test. The cheese, not particularly savory by any means and the pepperonis used just feel and taste kind ofgreasy and thick. I continue my quest to find the ultimate Verdun-LaSalle pizza place, but this and the other big ?mom and pop?place (which locals seem to loyally extoll the virtues of) are actually really quite mediocre. ??????????? It was a long time since I went there to pickup an all dressed. Friendly people, pizza was delicious. I was happy that it was... not salty at all, which I had in some other places. Good location too, close to the riverside, so excellent for a picknick. Read more

Ordered an all dressed pizza with additional bacon & onion. Got all dressed with ham & onion. Without telling me that they had... no bacon, they took it upon themselves to opt for ham. I hate ham! Pizza was quickly donated to street folk hanging aroundCharlevoix metro. Read more

Very good pizza, tasty, right prices for the quality and amount of food. They should not close that early on a thursday, but it... saves you still quite late when you have friends over and need extra food. I recommend this restaurant. Read more

Centrale Pizza is hands down my favorite local establishment. Excellent service. Fast delivery. AMAZING pizza and a generous... amount of toppings. Centrale has literally saved us on 3 separate occasions - they warmed our bellies through a power outage,they keep our insides filled with cheese when our groceries never arrived, and they saved us again tonight when the meals weoriginally ordered from somewhere else on Uber Eats never showed up.
