Around 2pm today (Saturday Sept 17th) I placed an order for drive thru which included an uncle burger, without bacon. The screen... confirmed that the uncle burger was to be given with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with no bacon. As I leave therestaurant and I get closer to the highway, I notice bacon wedged into the sandwich. I go back and tell them I asked for nobacon. The young man at the helm of the grill proceeds to unravel the sandwich, remove the bacon and then hands back thesandwich to the man at the counter to give back to me. I explain that there's no way I'm eating a sandwich that touched baconand that I expect another sandwich to be made. What happened next shocked me the most. The young man at the grill (a youngPunjabi man with a dirty, unkept beard)made me a new sandwich, not before scratching his face but that's not the worst part. Tomelt the cheese A&W covers the burger patty with cheese not before throwing on water to steam the cheese. The Punjabi boy tookout a piece of bacon from the tray, and deliberately squirted water onto the bacon which fell onto my burger to melt thecheese. I didn't say anything because at that point, my blood was boiling and there was about 6 of them behind the counter.This Punjabi should be fired for his pettiness. So I ordered a milkshake and they told me they have them but then she gave me a coffee ice drink they call ?frappe? it?s just... ice cubes not ice cream or milkshake. My double mozzarella burger had lettuce that was one huge chunk, they should have brokenit up instead the one chunk lettuce was falling out the side. I should have gone to Wendys. Meat was over cooked as well. Read more
A&W is a great place for a quality fast good meal. You can taste the difference that their quality makes. Love the Root beer!!!
The burger was ok but? the onion rings? There?s like nothing on them it?s almost just onions ??????? Also, put your cup lids... where everyone can see them, they are high up short people can?t see them. I don?t need to be short-shamed when I asked for alid at the counter either Read more
The lower bun and bacon is dry and stiff, guess I shouldn?t be surprised since it took literally 5 seconds from I pay to the... delivery. You?ve just lost a customer. Read more

Honestly, my first experience with this particular location was it's opening day. On that day I ordered an Uncle burger trio, to... go. When I arrived home, much to my disappointment, I discovered my burger was almost totally uncooked, therefore, incredible. Ireturned today 11/25/2019 to give the location a second chance. I ordered a "Papa Royal". This time I was far far happier withthe results. The burger was excellent, and seasoned how I like it for a fast food burger, the fries did have a funny aftertaste,but not unpleasant, more like a beef fat flavor, and as always, the root beer was what I'd ever hope for. It's a 24 hourlocation, so convenient for any of cravings you may find yourself having, and the food is better then McDonald's if nothingelse. I'm happy I gave this location a second chance.
