HORRIBLE customer service. The lady specifically who works at this location is impossible to deal with (she refuses to tell you... her name or give the owners name or number). Won't make food if it's not convenient, lies about wait times, pretends to notunderstand me when I question her on it, etc. It's toonie Tuesday an hour before close and she told me it would take 25 mins tomake a bread, then when questioned told me it would only take 15mins, when I said I was going to write a review she told me shecould make it right now? Very poor attitude from the workers, referring to the lady specifically. Wanted something not hot and ready, was told they don't... have it...then it changed to it'll take 15 minutes after she pulled the rest of the order into the counter. Read more
They somehow never have stuffed crazy bread. They always "ran out". The lady that works there, possibly the owner, always seems... put out if you order something other than a Hot and Ready. Read more
Always fast and that guy on afternoons, is decadent!
The kids really like the hot and ready pizzas. Honestly, you can't beat the deal when you have a party or some of the kids... friends over. It is a great way to fill them up without spending a lot of money. This location has good service, the pizzas areconsistent and the kids like them. I have only had one time when I ordered I had to wait more than 10 mins. That was a largerorder, to be expected. I should have called ahead. The parking lot can be a little difficult to get in and out. There is an exiton Normandy, if you need to make a left on Malden. Read more

Pizza is always done right and ready when it is supposed to be.
