My son really loves burgers from Harveys, at least couple times a month we have been ordering there. I'm not sure if it's just... me but lately they have been cheaping out on the toppings, I even tried a different location but the same thing, one time I waslooking at the person and it look like she was counting the lettuce when putting on the burger, in the old days there was somany toppings that they were falling of the burger, so I have to say I'm pretty disappointed these days with fast foods, alsofor the same price of a combo you can get a nice meal at a decent restaurant. I?ve never been a fan of Swiss chalet, but Harvey?s I can do! Very quick, clean, fresh and convenient. A good alternative to... the traditional fast food establishments. The burgers are ALMOST equivalent to home made. Read more
Went here today and was ultimately disappointed. Compared to the other locations in Windsor I always find this one struggles... with the quality of their food. I'm not sure if it's because there seems to be young people always working or the fact thereseems to be different young people every time we go there where other locations seem to have more mature and consistent staff. Either way we've shown up here a couple times where I'm pretty sure the drive-thru staff is stoned. Today I ordered deep friedpickles and the pickles we got were literally about the size of your little finger. I've frequently ordered these from otherlocations and you typically get big hearty sized pickles. So that was disappointing. This isn't the first time we've had anissue with an order here but it's the first time I decided to write a review. Seriously wish this location was better as it'scloser to home but might have to make the drive over to Dougall Ave from now on. Read more
This location consistently gets mobile orders wrong and/or mixes them up. The last time, which was 10 minutes ago (and the... catalyst for this review) we ordered 3 combo meals; nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. What did we get? Three drinks, threefries, and one hamburger. Common sense should have triggered a red flag or, at the very least, the receipt stapled to the bagthat states there should be 3 burgers / fries etc. We attempted to call the location so they could have a replacement ordermade but, shock, the number posted online is not accurate. So we drove back and we?re greeted with perplexed looks and a teenwho simply took the bag (straight from our hands) and tossed it in the garbage. Wish 0 stars was an option.... Went to the location on Malden Rd. tonight to get some burgers and not only did the lettuce taste... like literal garbage but they gave us smores pies instead of apple. Usually I would let it slide but this has happened 4 timesin the past few months which is very upsetting! Do better guys ??????? Read more
I eat here a lot and it's always good. If something is wrong they're quick to fix it.
