Taco bell is absolutely horrible the managers are absolutely horrible i order online and went inside to get my order. The... manager who would not give me his name but is a darker male fired his employee extremely unprofessional infront of a lobby fullof customers. Most being children mine one of them. He proceeded to use vulgar language and absolutely disgusting behaviortowards the employee in front of the customers. I finally spoke up after sitting and listening to him for over 20 minutes. Hedid not stary my order until I started to stand up for us customers who do not want to hear his vulgar language in front of ourchildren. He then proceeded to call him manger for back up with a customer and I waited another 20 minutes for my refund. Thisplace will never get my business at this chain as they are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AS EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY THE MANAGEMENT TEAM!!! Read more
Everytime we come through here they get our order wrong, we check bags before we leave the drive thru everytime and something's... always missing and when we pull back up or call they act like we're lying and of course we can't show them the receipt becausethey NEVER give it to us. Stopped coming here after last week. Gave us all our items but our sodas had no ice and we'recompletely flat. Customer service is terrible. Very bad service. We ordered on line and we were supposed to pick up order at 7:00 40 minutes after we ordered but when we got... there they told us they don't put in the order until we get there what's the point to order on line then. Manager said that'sthe way we do it here. Had to wait 45 minutes for our order. Read more

Employees were very rude, upon entry and was not greeted or acknowledged at all for about 10-15 minutes. As I ordered my food... the staff member just stared at me blankly without taking down my order. Then proceed to use a very rude and aggressive tone.Decided to just cancel my order and walk across the street to the sonic in the pouring rain. Where I DID get greeted with asmiling face and outstanding customer service. In full perspective I would rather walk in cold hail and pouring rain then toever return to this establishment again. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff!! Staff redirects customers to kiosk to place order but if the item your ordering is not... available on the menu ?don?t bother asking to place on order in person?!! Rude rude rude staff!!! Staff needs training on ethicsand manners when dealing with with customers. I have eaten at many different Taco Bell?s in my life and hands down this is theworst when it comes to customer service. They were nice enough to me, but confused as to why I'd make an order from 2 hours away. It was because I definitely had signal... where I was on my road trip and no guarantees I'd have coverage closer. Or that I'd want to be looking at my phone in that levelof traffic versus where I was with next to no traffic. But regardless, they made my order off my phone. Those Truff fries arebomb. I never thought I'd live to see a fast food joint serving anything with black truffle, but here we are. French delicacy atTaco Bell. What a world! Read more
