I drink Starbucks everywhere I go. And I go everywhere. This is hands down the worst store I've visited in a long time! I've... given it 3 different chances and every single time they've been out of certain key ingredients! I will not be coming back for a4th disappointment. Ordered three drinks, for two of the drinks the cups were only half full. I had wanted large coffies but they only had medium... cups. Then the car in front of me was in the drive through for about ten minutes. So it took a long time to get through thedrive through. It is so frustrating that every time I order even simple drinks I have to open every lid, sitting there in thedrive through, and make sure things are correct before driving off! And there was nothing special to the drinks no add ins ortake out. I wanted to surprise my husband with a nice coffee drink because he got called into work on a Saturday to work adouble shift. When they made his drink it must have been mostly foam because by the time I got it to his work the cup was onlyhalf full. Read more
Clean, friendly, accurate and above and beyond. The eating area as well as the restrooms were clean. The staff was very friendly... and helpful with my order. I was trying to order a different kind of drink and the barista was very helpful. She was alsohelpful in showing me a cup and recommending it. Where they went above, I asked if I could use my new cup and they washed it poured my drink in it and gave me the extra in a small cup. All this in a reasonable amount of time, willingly and friendly.Thank you very much!!! Read more
Stopped by passing through NM and went inside. The tables and store were clean. The service was quick and great. My latte was on... point. I also got a brownie and it was so good and warm. Read more
We went inside to order. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. The inside of the restaurant was clean and uncluttered.... Plenty of seating available inside the lobby and a few more seats were outside on the uncovered patio. Our order was veryaccurate and wait time was a normal length. The food was delicious and drinks were too. We enjoyed the service, drinks andfood. Restrooms were clean and easy to find. They had the sink station outside the toilet area in the hall for everyone to use. Read more
Our Starbucks is doing great. It's so nice to go somewhere and enjoy a frappuccino. Our Starbucks has had some difficulty... getting off the ground. They didn't have enough employees. Plus the Calf/Hermits Peak fire didn't help. Well as for now myvisits have been NICE inside and in the car lane. The Staff is friendly. Thank you Starbucks for coming to our little LasVegas. First off they had no food, not a big deal I understand they probably sold out rather quickly. But my drink was terrible.... Ordered extra pumpkin cream cold foam with my pumpkin cream cold brew, and got NO cold foam. Asked for cocoa powder, either theyput a sprinkle in or didn?t put any at all. Pretty disappointed. On our way down to Albuquerque, we stopped by Las Vegas. NEW MEXICO Starbucks. We were greeted by the Baristas. Most were... friendly and helpful. Our venti Americanos had to be remade, which that Barista wasn't too thrilled to have to remake it. ????her attitude wasn't the best. The sausage, cheese egg breakfast sandwich was hot and tasty.
