Highly recommend getting the chef?s premium omakase! I?ve had a lot of sushi but this place kills it! This was our second visit... and each time has been absolutely phenomenal from ambiance and attentive service and over the top dishes!! Read more

Lots of great and unique options. The ambiance of the restaurant is great and this is a wonderful date spot. However, I thought... the food was average (if being compared to other restaurants with similar cuisine options). The only sushi option we reallyliked was the spicy tuna roll. Other than that, all other sushi we ordered was fairly flavorless, as well as the steak beingflavorless. Staff was great and we loved lots about Zuma, but the price is very high for average food. We had a large company dinner here and wow was it good. We had a prix fixe dinner with a little bit of everything from the... kitchen served family style. Every single bite was delicious. The staff took great care of us while we ran our mouths and filledour bellies. Such a great experience. If you find yourself in Vegas, I highly recommend this place. Read more

we came here on a tuesday and it was so packed so do make a reservation beforehand! we had a special occasion here so we... splurged for premium omakase, which is something we've never tried before so this was super exciting! they separated omakaseinto four categories: (1) appetizers, (2) sushi, (3) main, (4) dessert my favorite category was the sushi, which was fantasticsashimi and maki. all of the dishes were very wonderful and it was such an experience to try all of this food! my boyfriendsfavorite was the wagyu cubes and main course seabass -- the wagyu and fried garlic were very flavorful while the main courseseabass was an incredible texture of crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. we were not as impressed with the lobsteror the mushroom risotto, which were not as flavorful as the other dishes we had. the dessert was amazing; the lava cake wasexactly what a lava cake should be (crispy on the outside and a gooey chocolate that flows right out when you dig in!) overall, great experience and would recommend for a special occasion :) Read more

3 stars for the regular (non premium) Omakase - wouldn't recommend it. I can imagine it'd reach 4 stars if we ordered À la... carte. Every dish, standalone, was solid. Some dressed sashimi dishes poked up into the very good range, but what hindered theexperience was the lack of thought behind how each dish pairs together. Compared to traditional Japanese Omakase, meant toguide you through a food experience - where each dish pairs delightfully with the one that came before and the one coming after- this experience felt heavy handed and daft. It wasn't a meal so much as it felt like a smattering together of their topdishes. By the middle of the meal, both my partner and I were unable to continue eating because of how fatty and oily each dishwas. The meal could have greatly improved with some lighter salads or citrus-forward dishes, but every dish was buttery andsyrupy. Again: I don't necessarily have a problem with each individual dish; in fact, I could see them being great entrees ontheir own, and the portions were great too! Unfortunately, I do expect a more complete experience though, especially when payingtop dollar like Zuma requires. For the love of God, do ????not???? eat that piece of eggplant next to the yellowtail sashimi. That was absolutely disgusting. Read more

Overall I had a positive dining experience. I had a reservation and was seated immediately when I arrived. The staff was super... friendly and professional. The food was great, but in my opinion not quite worth the price. I knew the price going in and Iexpected to be totally blown away. However, it was just good food. I recommend trying the option where they give you a littlebit of everything. I doubt I would go back, but it was a unique experience for sure. Read more

The chef's premium omakase was WELL worth the value. It was many courses of delicious and beautifully prepared food, including... sushi, lobster, and rib eye. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I was debating which bottle of Sake to buy,he helped me choose and the whole table loved it. I definitely will be coming back here soon as the price wasn't bad at all forwhat we ate and drank! Read more
