I order popcorn chicken combo with fries, and they only gave me fries. I went back up to reconcile and get the popcorn chicken,... and the manager was aggressive saying that I only ordered the fries. I explained they must have just made a mistake and sheended up giving me the popcorn chicken and I had to return the fries (that was okay). But the way I had to handled it, I felt asthough I had to act overly nice to avoid drama with her, when I was simply trying to get what I ordered. A few minutes later, acouple came in, and she told them to just order online because she was busy. Ten minutes go by and a man from the kitchen walkedout and sneezed on a customer?s food, and then have it to the customer. They also have these signs on their walls, which arecondescending (attached a photo). I get the signs may be a joke, but from where I come from, customers are always right. Theyare paying you for service. I doubt those signs are up because the ?customers? are disrespectful. If anything, it should be theemployees that are responsible for the service, and me asking for something to be made right should not be considered drama. Mygirlfriend told me this place used to be nice, but it seems like there?s new ownership here because the service seems sounprofessional. Read more
We got the carne asada fries, popcorn chicken, a strawberry cheesecake drink as well as a tiger sugar milk. The carne asada... fries were pretty loaded, the cheese sauce had a slight twist than a normal one which was great. The meat was good as well asall the other toppings, avocado, tomatoes onions etc. Definitely would choose these over robertos. The popcorn chicken wasgreat, we got the garlic butter ones. Not too strong of a taste but enough to where they're enjoyable. Chicken was tender andcrispy. The drinks tasted wonderful, the strawberry cheesecake was on point as well as the tiger sugar drink which comes withcrushed oreos in it. Overall it was great, food and drinks were amazing and will definitely be going back some time in the nearfuture. Read more
My family loves the Cookie Monster,The camo camo and the strawberry lychee slushy and the cucumber lemonade! Zero Degrees never... disappoints with the drinks! Must try all their drinks. Read more
Food & service was super good! Prices were fair as well. The drinks are super refreshing too! I got the cucumber lime and oh my... god I was in heaven, like toes curling good! Wish they cut back a little on the ice though since it took up about 3/4ths of thedrink but other than that it was super refreshing!!! Wings were super good and they don't drown them in sauce which I LOVED!!! Ihad wings that are soggy because they're basically swimming in sauce lol I got the Cajun fries & they were super good! Woman cashier closing on 11/7 was very rude, like look usually I give the benefit of the doubt yes it?s a couple minutes before... closing but come on if you run a business or work in a very popular franchise just expect every night closing will bedifferent/Finishing at different times. She took our order then talked with her coworker loudly and said ? tHaTs tHe LaSt oRderIm TaKiNg, Im NoT tAkinG anyMoRe? then proceeds to slam hella things. Even ordering was very awkward no ?Hi welcome? or ?just tolet you guys know we do close soon? that itself wouldve just made me leave in respect but no, be rude and you will have to dealwith me cause at the end of the day im a customer :) call me stuck up whatever you think abt this review cause I?m pretty sureshe?ll see it but customer service at 0 fr. Do better ???? I encounter better customer service at dollar tree ????. Also theydidn?t even have corn to finish our order so my girlfriend and I had to be refunded for elote fries. * but had enough corn formy order* Besides this encounter I do enjoy this place and the food and drinks here are bomb.
