The ambiance of Spago is fantastic and it's truly an experience to sit right beside the fountains in the evening while you are... eating. The service was exceptional, very friendly and attentive staff. For food, I ordered the Halibut which was okay. Thevegetables were nicely cooked and dressed in a very tasty sauce. However, the fish, although well cooked was quite bland, andwhen paired with plain white rice, it didn't have enough flavour. I understand that you pay for the amazing location and view,but I typically also expect excellent food and this was just fine. Read more

Great brunch! Relaxing, great view, good music, great service! The server was super friendly and nice! The food was good, and... the drinks well done! The location is amazing, make sure to ask for the patio for a close view of the fountain show. Also, bemindful of the sudden noises it makes, so don?t be too surprised if it gets quite loud once every 30 minutes. Very muchrecommended! Read more

It?s in the top five lamb dish I had in my life. It?s perfect balanced dish. Meat was so juicy and each garnishes were essential... for the dish. Veal schnitzel was so crunch outside and juicy too. Absolutely loved dining at Spago in Vegas. We went for brunch on a Saturday in the Bellagio. It wasn?t too packed but a nice... size crowd. Live DJ with indoor and outdoor seating. Our server was fantastic. We ordered the lobster and shrimp cocktail andavocado toast to start. It was amazing. I ordered the French omelette, my friends ordered the steak and the lobster noodles. Good food. We ordered the tasting menu and shared it as we were not that hungry at that time and it was plenty for 2 people. The... service was great and food came quickly. They even split the main and plated it separately for us as they knew we were sharing.The half portion of the hanger steak was almost the size of a regular main course. Where to begin? Absolutely Incredible Service. The experience here is fabulous, right down to the breathtaking views of the... fountain, to the mid surprise dessert for our anniversaries! What a great place for a brunch, the ambiance was lovely, large window panels overlooking the strip, depending on your seat, you... can see the fountain show as well. Everything we ordered was actually tasty. The french toast had to be my favourite. Theoysters were delicious too. The staff inside was very attentive and service was quick. The staff at the front however, was verydismissive and could not be bothered. Tip: Book in advance, do not expect a table out on the patio despite your request days orweeks ago. I did see some people tipping the hostess. It is a challenge navigating through the hotel to find this place so beprepared to walk around. Read more
