TWENTY minutes for an order and it was well past the lunch hour. That's no good. Fries are over seasoned then over salted.
I came to this Wing Stop absolutely famished, ordered the #1 which included 6 wing + fries + drink meal, it was about $13. The... cashier informed me it would be about 15 minutes. All in all I waited about 20-25 minutes for my order to come out. I reallywant to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt. However, I watched order after order come out and there was another tableof a family of 3 sitting nearby also waiting for their food. I was so confused why other customers were getting their food whenI had placed my order first- not to mention the others around me. My spouse got food from the Panda Express down the way, andwhen we walked in I saw them ordering. I?d guess they waited a total of 30-40 minutes before deciding to cancel it, and opted toget a refund instead. I almost did the same but they came out with my order when I was about to ask for the same. The wings werevery tasty, although the steak fries came out half good and half not good. I had to pick through them because some of them wereclearly 2 or 3 times fried. Overall I?d describe Wing Stop as a copycat B-dubs. There isn?t much that sets this restaurantaside from their competition. It is quite pricey for fast food. And the service was quite poor and slow. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE MISSING ITEMS! I ordered delivery and only received half my order and none of my 3 sauces that I... ordered, I call this wingstop and they proceed to put me on hold for 11 minutes then hanged up on me. So then I called again andthe same person who picked up said ?ok one sec? and then put me on hold again and it has been 20 minutes. He is definitelywaiting for me to hang up, horrible customservice. Decent place...however the quality seems rushed...when it comess to buffalo sauce jts your typical taste that you would expect. ... Some of the other flavors that deal in bbq sauces are the typical bbq flavors...nothing really stands out... Read more

Omg what did I just buy?I?ve had Wingstop before but this was disgusting. The way they prepped my to go order was horrible I had... oil dripping from the bag into my car, the fries weren?t even covered and were supper soggy, now the wings we got a bonelessbundle and we only ate 2 wings?they were so salty and soggy I only live couple mins away from this location and will never goback there.
