My husband and I eat here every Friday or Saturday. Service has always been good and the food has always been good. Although... tonight we wanted the cheese fry's and the kid I was ordering with said all that's on the cheese fry's is just cheese. Now wehave ordered them many times before and they were exactly what we wanted. But we only got cheese on them this time. That's myonly concern with the food. Talk about a decline in quality, they even changed the menu to where you have no idea on the prices. You can easily be priced up... this way. There is too many places near by to settle for bad business practices and to top it off they didn't have a few flavorsfor the wings, seriously ???? Read more
I ordered my lunch online and when I arrived there was a line but I went to the online order pick up area. I asked the cashier... if there was someone for this area. Some girl with hiney blonde hair came from the back with a horrible attitude saying Ineeded to wait line. I said I ordered online so that I can skip the line. She kept making smart comments. Thus store is ridiculous..... they messed up our order and I spoke to Guadalupe the store manager she told me that she was going... to replace our order and that I had 30 days to come in and get it. 13 days later we go in to get our replacement order and nowwe are told that they have no record of our messed up order. We had originally placed our for delivery and order a 20 PCboneless meal with an extra 5 wings added. Not only were we basically called liars to our face but the one girl attacked meverbally because I questioned her and demanded that she call Guadalupe. Not only am I not getting the full meal replaced likewe were told but to be treated this way is absolutely ridiculous. I will be going to corporate and I will never return. We ordered delivery. They did not have half the stuff we ordered. The garlic Parmesan wings were horribly done the seasoning was... just thrown on. Everything was just thrown in the bag.Very very disappointed. Read more
I waited for 35 minutes on two chicken sandwiches. Other people ordered after me and got their food before me. It should not... take that long to make two chicken sandwiches. The buns were hard too. I also reminded them about three times about my order andthe last time I overheard the girl saying that the cooks haven't started it yet. The restaurant WAS NOT even crowded. Theyclearly forgot twice about my order because I saw them put new tickets up and complete those. The last time I told the femalecashier, I saw them drag mine to the front, meaning they neglected my order. I was respectful and didn't cause a scene, buttheir time management, customer service, as well as food and order prep need to be miles better. If y'all want food here, orderin advance or just go to a different location. By the way, this is my second time going to this location and I've had extremelylong waits for small orders. Read more
