They always get your order wrong at this location. You can have the receipt in hand and call with a complaint and still have a... hard time getting replacement order. Chicken is always soggy and not fried crispy enough and if you say crispy they burn them. Ihate to give a bad review, but I've order this location 4 times now and each and every order has been less than satisfying. Justridiculous to spend over $50 and still have problems. Read more
This Location made me feel very uncomfortable. The Manager clearly has a cold but continues to prepare food without any PPE,... rubbing his nose while poring Ranch and eating a plate of Wings himself. We waited for 45 mins for my to go order. I know that online order is the convenient but last time I use it they dont have the... mild flavor selection, so I just decided to go there. My husband placed an order at 3:08. The guy told my husband the order would be ready in 18 minutes but it took 40 minutes. He... got home to find out the missed my whole order. He went back and it took another 40 minutes once again. He didn?t come back homewith the food till 5:15. Also didn?t realize the mild wings are dry. There is no sauce at all. It has been a while since I've been to Wingstop and I've previously been to this location . I went in today to try the new... Chicken Filet Sandwich . I received a $3 coupon in my email , so I was happy to give it a try after seeing the ads on TV . Well when I went to enter the Promo Code , it didn't work . Well , I read the email again and it's only good for delivery ! You want people to try a new product , then the coupon should be good for Dine In and Take Out also . I want my food hot andfresh , so I never use delivery . Anyway , I got the combo to take home . I got the Bayou Bbq Chicken Filet Sandwich . Theyhave 11 sauces and I usually get Traditional Wings and usually like them . Although the last time I got them here they werereally dry , so I haven't been back since . Also $1 plus a Traditional Wing is a little high . They do specials for theBoneless at 70 cents each , but I don't want chicken nuggets , I want bone In wings . I was really disappointed in the sandwich. The filet looked good and the sauce was great , but the filet was thin and not juicy at all ! It was wider than the bun ,but you could barely taste the chicken . Of course on TV it looked like a fat filet like other places . The sauce was perfect, but all I tasted was breading . The Seasoned Fries were okay and I got a lot for my order . I got a Mello Yellow from theCoke Freestyle machine . I just feel I again had a bad experience at Wingstop . Ordered extra crispy mix and match chicken for carryout. The chicken was not extra well done, nor were they really coated in the... flavor we selected (all 1flavor, not complicated). The fries were burnt and had an old flavor and texture, rubbery. To me and mycoworkers surprise, we also found a literal bird feather in the chicken. Immediately lost our appetite and couldn't finish themeal. We were at work so we couldn't go back and handle the situation, so we agreed we would take the L but never go back tothis location. This location is always so friendly, the food is always hot ???? and always tastes amazing. I can't say all the Wingstop... locations have this type of service but this one gets 5 stars all around. Read more
