I?ve gone to this place at least twice a month over the past 12 years and I?ve never been so disappointed as I am today. After... asking on multiple occasions if they can do a special order of mini donuts for a wedding I was told by several employees theycould do so. I go in place my order and pay ahead of time. I volunteered my phone number since they did not ask for it, in casesomething came up. When I sent my son to pick up my order 1 hour before my event he was told the order could not be fulfilledbecause the machine has been broken for a while. Not once did I get a call from them to let me know. The person ? in charge ?says they took down the wrong number and everyone there knew about the machine being down. So why in the hell do you proceed totake my order and money??? Beyond annoyed and disappointed ????! Read more

Classic spot that's been here since I was a baby and amazingly has kept the same great classic winchells Donut taste. Their... consistency is scary consistent, same old man and family I'm guessing. They're masters at what they do, hats off to them. Thankyou so much for feeding our family throughout the years! You have no ideas the memories you've created for our family..... Very good donuts. Amazing that every dozen is actually 14 donuts! I love that they are open 24 hours a day so when you go... there's a chance of getting fresh warm donuts. This location has the nicest clerk working evenings. Read more
Just an overall poor experience. Both breakfast sandwiches were inedible, stale, microwaved soggy messes. My husband enjoyed his... chocolate dip donut(so I boosted the review to 2 stars), but my Bavaria cream was in no way fresh and had a hard base/edges.Coffee was fine. Also, the customer service of one of the staff made me feel very unwelcomed. Read more
