But their value is definitely visible and the taste is very... good The customer service is always pretty good even though the area is a little run down and it is hard to hear with with theloud blower motors of the car wash running in the background but overall this is one of our favorite hot dog joints. I have been visiting Wienerschnitzel since I was young. Chili cheese dogs, kraut dog, or polish sandwich. Yum! This location is... on par food wise with any other. Downside is, inside is a big run down. Half the restaurant is blocked off,. And what wasprobably a tastee freeze on that side. Now it is just old equipment taking up space. Drive thru and service in general isdecent. Mistakes do happen but that is typical with a few fast food places too. I don't think i will dine in here again butdrive thru is always an option. This may sound stupid but, the employees at this location have got to be " the most coordinated I have seen in a very long... time!" There is no idle chit chat ( talking ), and no horseplay... Wienerschnitzel is still one of the nostalgic icons of thepast, with the classic chili dogs and corn dogs, along with the memorable hand dipped soft serve cone! Read more
Food was good. Service sucked. Girl looked like she was miserable behind the counter. No smile. Never asked dine in or to go. No... napkins. Bagged food but I dined in. A little expensive but I love the chili cheese dogs. Read more
Food was as expected but drive thru took a very long time
Went to the Der Wienerschnitzel on Rancho and Cheyenne. While wanting for the staff to make our order. One of the employees... wearing gloves stopped to pick up trash with her hands off the floor. As I stood there watching her. She went next to thecounter where I could see her very clearly, and she started opening a new bag of hotdogs buns with the same gloves, she justpicked up trash with off the floor. She cut open the bag, lift all the buns and loaded in the cabinet, with other buns. Icouldn't believe what I was watching! Then I asked her to stop...And ask for the Mgr. I told the Mgr.what I just watched herdo. She didn't dispose of her gloves for new ones after pick up trash on the floor. She didn't wash her hands, with the sinkthat was also by the counter. And that she just put all those buns in the cabinet! Total contamination and just gross. Manypeople go to eat here and it was disgusting to watch her do this. The employee heard and watched me tell her Mgr. , what shedid. And the employee, said to me..."What's the big deal? " Really????? If she doesn't understand it, then she needs to takethe Healthcare class again or find a different kind of work! I use to know the owners of this store years ago. Sadly, he and hiswife had to retire, due to his health. This business isn't ran very well in my opinion and since it's a franchise business, theCorporate office didn't have much to say about it either. Will never go here again... And say, the Der Wienerschnitzel at 2071Rock Springs is worth the drive if craving Der Wienerschnitzel. Read more
Tried the new veggie dogs and they were very good! All our food came out fresh, but I wish the texture was a bit better. Not... really against weinerschnitzel but something to be mindful of if you're someone that either still eats meat or is fairly new toa plant based lifestyle as you will notice. Overall I would try it again with a different version. Read more
Food is great for quick cravings. Chili was surprisingly good. Lemonades were really good, but sweet. I guess today, no... one knows how to count back money, even just a bit. I was just handed a pile of bills and coins with nothing said. I wasshort $5, but it was brought to me shortly after. Read more
