The food was good. But, the manager there needs more training. Instead of training staff, she was running doing it and snapping... at people trying to help. Then yelling things like "If you're done with your break you need to clean MY floors." Which, is verydisrespectful to the learning employees and even worse that the customers heard. The employees themselves were very sweet andtrying their best despite not having a proper leader. Read more
Terrible...they were out of croissants, and if you can believe this they had no ketchup. Food tasted terrible. Dine in is not... open. Slow drive thru....This place truly does suck. Just read the reviews if you don't believe me. Read more
I ordered a "Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich Combo" last night. 11-3-2022. The pictures shows the sandwich I received; bread,... chicken patty and bacon bits. It's sad this is what's given to customers. Read more
They shut there inside dining down at 1 in afternoon when we have a rv that won?t fit in drive thru they basically told us to go... f ourselves that we couldn?t eat here since they are short staffed. they have auto shops around where guys can?t even walk toget lunch do to the dining area closed I watched them lose 5 customers including me in less then 15 min. Horrible service. Upon receiving our food we parked and audited what we received and it turned out they forgot the baked potato.... Went in to remedy that situation and came back out only to find the wife grimacing at the sodas. They had been pre-prepared andwere completely flat with melted ice. Went back in to fix that situation and came back out just to find they had forgotten toinclude the butter for the baked potato. Another patron told us that they had never had good service here. Wendy's has gonedownhill over the last few years but this is ridiculous. It can't be efficient for them to have to take multiple steps to remedyan incorrect order. Management at this location has to step up their game this is simply ridiculous. Read more
Staff was amazing. Some nice younger man heard us say we didn't realize one of our items came with tomato (allergic) he came... over from a table he was taking his break at and took care of us then continued his break. Read more
