Food was cold and took forever to get which makes no sense. Waited for 5 minutes at the drive through speaker without a single... word being said until I finally called and the lady said ?oh sorry I didn?t have my mic on? make it make sense please?. I don't come here often and this is why...long wait times and most of the time my order is wrong. They don't tell you they're... are out of veggies that go on your burger. Fountain machine in the lobby is always out of the more popular drinks as well. Read more
Not sure what has happened to this location or the owner/management has changed. I tried coming for lunch and the dining room... was closed with drive-thru only available. No signs, no notice anywhere until you drive up to see that there are 5-6 staffstanding around inside (mostly young teenagers). Completely missed the mark on giving us sauces for our meal and almost forgotour drinks till I reminded them. Either they're all high or there's a serious management problem going on but I definitely willnot be returning after this abysmal service and experience. Read more
Garbage place! Drive thru took 20min and not moving. Went inside and lady said they had no one to ring people up in the dining... room. Like you can't ring people up on the other register...tired of how poor these fast food places are run. Will never go toWendy's again! Read more
I think they were having an off day. Place was nearly empty and it took them 20 minutes to get my order. I honestly think they... forgot about my order. Manager have me frosty to make up for it. I used to love Wendy?s. #1 place for fries, yummy chicken sandwiches and lemonade was perfect. Everything tasted fresh. Sadly... for the last 2 years this particular Wendy?s has been the opposite. The fries are always cold, limp, and taste reheated. Theproduce is always old and mushy, nothing taste fresh, lemonade is mostly water. Do not eat here. You will regret it. I thoughtmaybe things were off but after trying this particular Wendy?s for the 3rd time this year it is clear the staff just doesn?tcare. I feel sick after taking a few bites. Can't even rely on the generic cookie cutter food provision because they ran out of lettuce. Granted everyone is experiencing... supply issues but I've just given this location a lot of 2nd chances. Every time I come, they treat me like I'm not wanted andI leave thinking, "why did I come back here?". Well, hopefully this review solidified my resolve. Read more
