I live right down the road from this Wendy?s and have gone several nights around 8/9pm to get munchie food and there are... employees just standing around not accepting orders. I watched one girl bring food out to a guy in a truck that was clearly herfriend as they turned us away. It?s obvious they were just being lazy and refusing to work. Pretty sad for whoever owns thisplace but considering this has been normal for several months and these reviews, I don?t think they care. Save your money andtime. Paid almost $30 for my order and our food was old and cold went back inside to speak with a manager and get fresh food and he... was shaking his.head no at first to even come.to.the counter and speak with me. Normally I love this place food is fairly priced and good but this location has got to be the worst one I've ever been in, the... workers were cussing and disrespecting customers and sadly the manager that was trying to guide these animals. So so service. The order was accurate. My big complaint is about the cashier. I literally stood at the register for almost 10... minutes before she, or anyone else acknowledged that I was there. She was busy helping the other staff catch up on orders. I getthat, but at least welcome me to the store and let me know that you will be with me as soon as you help out your otherstaff. Also, when I ordered, I asked for a drink holder. She gave me 3 cups. I filled them with soda and then asked again for adrink holder. Read more
Ordered food at the drive thru around 8:45pm on 8/10/21 and then was told to wait over to the side in parking spot to wait for... our food. Took about 5 minutes or so.. our Oder was the 4 for $4 deal. The fries were cold and looked horrible and did not tastefresh at all! The chicken sandwich was cold - not fresh - not crispy - barely any Mayo on bun with the lettuce .. only thingwhat was ok were the nuggets.. I called to let them know and the manager so happened to answer and I was told we had to wait onthe nuggets which was fine - but not sure why the food was cold.. hmm ???? said we could come back and exchange them but at thatpoint -I was so disappointed.. photos will show the experience & I?m not wasting my gas to come back and wait again not knowinghow the outcome will be the 2nd time around. Food was prepared as expected and made quickly. The total lack of friendly service was my final impression though. I understand... that not everyone can be having a good day all the time and I edited this to add another star upon re-inspection. My subsequentvisits have been mostly pleasant.
