The service was fast and we didn't have to pull over however our french fries were room temperature.
I wanted to get breakfast there. I was in the drive thru for five minutes and when it was my turn, they flipped the menu. When I... asked if they were still serving it, I was told it’s just lunch, and I was in line when they still had breakfast while theorders in front of me already got theirs. This place is really a run down place. Very dirty dinning are.AC hardly working ...soda dispenser not working. Cash Register... doesn't accept cards. Little did you know they are only accepting cash Since AC barely works.... you sweat when you eat. Waitingfor your food take a long time. I just left Wendy's with egg, bacon cheese sandwich and the bread is hard AF, it's so hard you can't bite into it and it's dry.... I ate the bacon and the sandwich is in the trash, I should have known after I ordered my sandwich was given to me right away andthere was NO one in the drive thru. SO it must have been sitting there for awhile, this whole new Wendy's breakfast is a bust.Sonic takes FOREVER but at least it's fresh. Read more
Food took absolutely forever to order even tho there were only 3 people on the line. There was a new employee on the register... who seemed to be having a hard time, which is completely understandable. But when you see how long it's taking, consider eitherstanding there and helping or swapping that employee to a different task so the customers aren't waiting 15+ minutes to ordertheir food. State of your restaurant, bro. Clean the place up, kick out the guy who is just chilling eating Planter's peanuts, sweep the... floor, mate. Dave Thomas would suplex the staff into oblivion if he saw this mess. Food was good, but it got lost in thegrotesque spectacle that was your restaurant. This Wendy's is often understaffed, and obviously suffers a high attrition rate. The interior and exterior of the restaurant are... dirty, but not outright disgusting. The food is not the freshest, unless they're busy, and when they're busy the wait is beyond10 minutes. Orders are often made incorrectly. For example tonight I ordered a Dave's and got a baconator, and someone elselikely got my Dave's. This kind of experience is a world apart (in a bad way) from the Wendy's I was used to in Washingtonstate. Read more
