The inside was clean I was very happy to see that.Staff was great and a bit more happy than the past.

Their drive thru intercom sucks. Had to yell so loud for them to get my order. Definitely need an upgrade ASAP

As I was trying to place an order ther server was rude, cut me off, and completely short. Then when I pulled up to the window... (which is broken), I wasn't acknowledged for at least 2-3 minutes. So once I get the food I check it to make sure everything iscorrect, and of course it is messed up. The burgers were made sloppily and we were missing a fry. When I asked for the fry thatcame with my meal, the server tells me I never ordered a fry and that I'd have to pay $3.04 for an extra medium fry. As she wassaying this her colleague came over with a fry and we went about our way. This is definitely my least favorite Wendy's. Read more

This Wendy's certainly didn't have the great burgers and service as I had remembered from my visits in younger days. The meat... certainly wasn't the juicy treat I remembered and was now looking forward to experience again. The service at the drive thruwindow was painfully slow, so slow we were wondering if the servers had just forgotten about us. To their credit, they did offera free small milkshake after realizing our wait had been untenable, however we would have preferred the quicker service we hadbeen expecting. I hope my experience was just an anomaly or was just isolated to that particular location and not an example ofhow far down Wendy's has slipped over the years. Read more

Got here at 11:04pm, couple of people in front of me at the drive thru. Get up to the radio box and no answer, waited a minute... then said hello and got a response from a woman saying just a minute. A minute goes by and nothing, 5 minutes go by and I sayhello again, woman says we'll be right with you. 3 or 4 more minutes go by was about to call out again but got a response askingfor my order. I say I want a grilled chicken combo and she says okay and then I say that's all after confirming drink and size.Then she tells me that there is no grilled chicken ready it will be 14 minutes. Asks if that will be okay? I say no, I've beenwaiting almost 10 or 11 minutes just to order, by now you should already have grilled chicken being cooked and ready to go withthe time I've been sitting here waiting for you to even acknowledge me and take my order. Very slow service and incompetent atdoing a very basic job. If the workers can't keep on top of food preparation then they should be retrained or replaced. Read more

Terrible service, Terrible food. This location should be shutdown. Lazy teenagers working. Owner needs to do a major turn over.... This store is loosing money. Don't waste your time going here. Read more

Order placed 4.14.22 at 12:50 pm. Ordered a biggie meal, not only were a quarter of the fries still frozen, the burger was not... fully cooked, cheese not melted, the drive through staff did not hand me back my change and receipt until requested. Regardlessif its 8 cents or a dollar, its still theft. This location needs better management, I will find a different location from nowon. Read more

I only use this location when I'm at my job. This location is in desperate need of a makeover. The drive thru intercom barely... works. Food is ok but fries weren't fresh. They seemed to be out of alot of things ketchup and ranch were just a few. Read more
